This past week has been filled with near misses with the destructive forces of mother nature, losses in my own family, and a forced vacation after having been in my first personal experience with a Tornado that has left me wondering if I'll be getting my next paycheck or not. It was a time that I got to reflect and truly be thankful for how lucky and blessed I am to have the life I have today even with all these setbacks and moments of remorse.
Instead of posting my normal SuperSunday or Valanas tidbit, I wanted to share with you all my thanks. Those who have been involved in keeping me creatively charged, those who have kept me focused on my dreams, and those who help to keep a smile on my face each and every day. Many of the things I do on this blog, on my Youtube channel, and those things I do in the communities I make efforts to remain a part of would not even be possible without them.
I only hope that this Thanksgiving season everyone has a chance to really cherish and be thankful for the things that we tend to take for granted every day. And it is also my hope that everyone may do so without having suffered a loss in one's family, having their place of employment or living devastated by mother nature, or having suffered a personal mishap that could potentially threaten you personal way of living.
Let this month be a month of thanks, remembrance of the success of surviving despite the hardships that come in our lives, and gratitude for the small things that are always there to help us through every day.
Best wishes to all, and many thanks for your continued readership and understanding.
